Troybuilt is another of my favorite trails in Fruita. It is scenic and has some good flow. There are some good technical sections. Troybuilt is great when combined by Mack Ridge. Lots of folks start at the east end of Mack Ridge, ride to the top, use Lions Loop to get to the top of Troybuilt, then back down to the parking lot. That is one heck of a fun loop. If you do that loop in the other direction, the climb at the end of Troybuilt is BRUTAL! It isn't that long, but it is steep and loose. It is definitely a lung buster.
